Neopause is not a medical service and does not replace professional healthcare.

2. Eligibility

You must be:

By using Neopause, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Neopause does not provide:

• Medical treatment

• A doctor–patient relationship

All information, content, AI outputs, coaching prompts, programs, and recommendations are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

4. AI-Powered Features Disclaimer

Neopause may use artificial intelligence (AI) to generate insights, coaching prompts, summaries, or recommendations based on user inputs.

You understand and agree that:

• AI responses may be incomplete, generalized, or inaccurate

• AI tools are designed to support awareness and education, not clinical decisions

• You are solely responsible for how you interpret or act on AI outputs

Neopause makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or outcomes of AI-generated content.

5. No Emergency Use

Neopause is not intended for emergency situations.

If you believe you may be experiencing a medical emergency, seek immediate medical attention or contact local emergency services.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information

• Use Neopause only for lawful and personal purposes

• Not rely on Neopause as a substitute for professional care

• Use the Services responsibly and at your own discretion

You agree not to:

• Misuse, copy, or exploit platform content or AI tools

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform

• Upload harmful, abusive, or unlawful content

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

7. User Content

By submitting User Content, you:

• Grant Neopause a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it solely to operate and improve the Services

• Coaching frameworks

• AI prompts

• Graphics

• Branding

• Logos

• Software

are owned by or licensed to Neopause and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without written permission.

9. Paid Features, Founding Members & Future Subscriptions

Certain features or programs may be offered for a fee, including founding member access.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Fees are non-refundable

• Access is personal and non-transferable

• Pricing and offerings may change over time

Additional payment terms may be provided separately where applicable.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Any reliance on AI-generated content

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

Your use of Neopause is entirely at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neopause, its founders, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your reliance on content or AI outputs
